Hosting the 2025 IMA Summit Awards in Austin, TX

I had the pleasure (and honor) of hosting the 2025 Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) Awards Ceremony earlier this week.

With the IMA Summit event being held in Austin, Texas, the live music capital of the world and home to famous artists (Willie Nelson, Janis Joplin) and music venues and events such as Austin City Limits and South by Southwest, I felt it was only appropriate that the IMA leave its own mark on this musical mecca.

Throughout the evening, as I introduced award nominees and recipients, I incorporated music trivia and some original, playful music-themed scripts between the award categories. I opened with an IMA-themed parody song with new lyrics I wrote to the tune of "Jack and Diane."
