Incentive Industry Influencer of the Year - IMA Award nominees and shortlists

A few weeks ago, on June 2, the Incentive Marketing Association announced its nominees and shortlisted candidates for the 2025 IMA Awards.

I'd like to thank the Incentive Marketing Association for naming me one of two finalists for the 2025 Incentive Industry Influencer of the Year - IMA Award.

Over the past 25+ years in incentives, loyalty, gift cards, and payments, I've built programs, led teams, forged partnerships, and helped grow companies, often quietly (more often than not).

But something shifted this year. I started hitting “record.”

For 20 consecutive weeks, my Coffee Chat video series (posted on my LinkedIn page and here on my blog) has been my way of giving back to an industry that's been key to my life and happiness. Whether I’m filming from Chicago, Mumbai, London, Mexico, St. Louis, or the Mall of America, I’m showing up each week to share a thought or two.

The IMA Summit is coming up in Austin, TX, in just a few weeks. I'm excited about this opportunity to represent the industry I love as the Incentive Industry Influencer of the Year - what a fun award! :)

Win or not, I’m grateful for the recognition, for the incredible team at NeoCurrency, and for every client, brand, partner, business contact, and friend who encourages me to fill my ☕️coffee cup and keep showing up with something to say.
