With market research on the mind, this week I ask the question: What makes a great research incentive?
Hint: It’s not toasted ravioli.
The Answer: An incentive that includes the "3 M's":
Motivating - a reward that will move the recipient from inaction to action
Memorable - a reward that holds perceived value to the recipient based on their demographic, life stage, or interests
Measurable - a reward experience that can be tracked and improved upon thanks to the reward and incentive platform partner you're using.
